* Enterprise Level Specialist, Infrastructure Support on Azure Active Directory, Cloud, AVD (Azure Virtual Desktop), Entra ID, O365, VMware Virtualisation, and associated Storage Solutions such as EMC and SANs.
* Windows Servers 2019/2022, Proxy Servers, SmoothWall, 3rd/4th Line Technical Support, PowerShell scripting, Intune, Microsoft Auto Patch, Azure Update Manager, general networking (Cisco and Palo Alto).

Role Overview:
Seeking a professional, client-facing Senior IT Infrastructure Systems Engineer to support and enhance their offerings in the Public Sector, focusing on Cloud Infrastructure and Systems Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide enterprise-level support on Active Directory, Cloud, AVD, Azure AD, Entra ID, O365, VMware, and storage systems.
* Lead technical projects and create technical documentation and designs.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience in a similar role.
* Comfortable with Microsoft Azure, O365, Active Directory, AAD, Group Policy, Enterprise Domain Management, Azure AVD.
* Proficient in PowerShell and scripting languages.
* Knowledge of networking (Palo Alto, Cisco), server hardware, SAN provisioning (EMC).
* Experience with Windows Server 2019/2022, Proxy Servers, Microsoft Auto Patch, Azure Update Manager, Exchange 365, Microsoft Intune.
Desirable Qualifications:
* Microsoft Certifications (preferred).
* ITIL certification (preferred).
* Experience with service management ticketing systems.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
* Willingness to work occasional out-of-hours, with overtime available.
* Project management skills.
