Surfanic is on the move — and we're ready to carve out our space in the social media landscape. We're looking for a dynamic, creative, strategic, snow-loving Social Media Marketing Manager to lead the charge across all platforms.
You'll be our first dedicated social media hire, so this is a chance to shape the strategy from the ground up. From crafting content, planning promotional calendars, to launching campaigns, you'll be the voice of the Surfanic socials — playful, premium, and full of mountain spirit.
What You'll Do:
* Develop and implement a multi-channel social media strategy (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn )
* Create engaging, on-brand content that speaks to our audience of adventure-seekers and outdoor enthusiasts
* Monitor performance, analyse data, and iterate to grow reach and engagement
* Collaborate with our marketing and product teams to align messaging and seasonal campaigns
* Stay ahead of trends and bring fresh ideas to the table
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business
* Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills
* Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach — you can plan and post
* Enthusiasm in spades — we're looking for someone who's excited to build something new
* Bonus points if you've got a soft spot for snow sports or outdoor adventure
