The Role of Internal Telesales Executive
* This is an office based / internal inbound account manager role.
* Office hours are Monday Friday 8.30pm 5.00pm.
* As internal Telesales Executive you will work as part of a dynamic, friendly team.
* The role will involve handling mostly inbound calls from existing customers that will include fabricators, contractors and manufacturing companies.
* You will manage between 50 and 80 customers maintaining existing relationships (over the phone and by email). These customers are small to medium size businesses through to corporate customers.
* You will process orders, up sell, offer best in class customer service.

This represents and excellent opportunity for a graduate or entry level candidates with strong customer service skills. You will joining the business in their modern office being apart of a friendly, fun and collaborative team.

The Package on offer for the Internal Telesales Executive
* £30,000 - £36,000 DOE
* Profit share £3k £5k in year 1 | year 2-5 £8k -£30k !!
* 25 days annual leave plus stats
