Duties: Draft relevant HR documentation and correspondence including, but not limited to Job descriptions, employment contracts and employee letters Assist in the development of policies, processes and forms Assist line managers with people processes relevant to the employee lifecycle, including, but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, employee review and leaver processes Tracking and accurate recording of all absence, including sickness absence, holiday and planned leave.
