About the Role
Our client is currently seeking proactive and reliable individuals to join their production Newly acquired premises in North Cork. As a General Operative, you will play a vital role in our factory operations, helping to deliver premium quality products to our customers every day.
Key Responsibilities
* Loading and handling of product to ensure efficient flow through the facility
* Recording traceability data and maintaining accurate records
* Working in high-care, chilled environments
* Picking orders and fulfilling customer specifications
* Rotating through various areas of the factory as needed
* Meeting daily and weekly production targets
* Upholding the highest hygiene and quality standards
What We’re Looking For
While full training will be provided, successful candidates should bring the following attributes:
* A strong work ethic and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Basic IT skills and good communication abilities
* Fluency in English (spoken and understood)
* A keen attention to detail and understanding of hygiene and quality standards
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
