What your days will look like: As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering successful transformation initiatives that align with our clients’ strategic objectives. Working across projects, programmes, and portfolios, you will drive impactful change, ensuring seamless execution while embedding a transformation mindset within organisations. You will be responsible for defining project scopes, managing risk, finance and budget management and aligning stakeholders, ensuring that every initiative delivers measurable value. Engagement & Stakeholder Management: Lead and manage cross-functional teams across transformation engagements, taking accountability for delivery, coordination and building robust and trusting relationships across internal divisions and external stakeholders. Project Delivery: Manage end-to-end project delivery through established methodologies and processes, ensuring successful execution from initiation to closure, including effective transition to BAU and adoption of new ways of working. Scoping, Business Cases & Planning: Lead the scoping of high-level project requirements, develop compelling business cases, and build structured project plans to support successful transformation delivery. Financial Management: Manage project budgets and financials in line with contractual agreements, while adapting plans to challenges and optimising resources to drive outcomes. Risk, Issues & Dependencies: Develop and implement proactive risk and issue management processes, while identifying, tracking, and managing project dependencies to ensure alignment across projects, programmes, and portfolios. This role is for you if you have: Advanced knowledge of programme and project management with extensive experience in a Project Management role. Strong communicator and influencer who is great at connecting the dots at the organisational, strategic, and project levels. Project team leadership, with the ability to mobilise, inspire, and lead multidisciplinary teams, often composed of PwC, client, and external resources. Business and commercial acumen, with the ability to quickly develop an understanding of the business and manage delivery in complex environments. Proven experience in managing complex transformation projects from initiation through to closure. Excellent project planning skills, with experience using project management tools such as MS-Project. Comprehensive working knowledge of MS Office, with high proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint etc. Professional certifications (PRINCE2, APMP, PMP, Agile, Scrum) are beneficial but not essential. Fundamental understanding of Generative AI and a strong enthusiasm for continuous learning and upskilling in this area.
