This role offers the chance to work with a high-quality client base, handling a broad range of private client matters while being part of a supportive and collaborative team.
You will play a key role in delivering expert legal advice and maintaining the firm’s strong reputation for client care and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a varied caseload of private client matters, including:
* Wills and estate planning
* Probate and estate administration
* Lasting Powers of Attorney
* Trusts and tax planning
* Providing high-quality, client-focused legal advice
* Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
* Supporting business development and networking activities
* Working collaboratively with colleagues across the firm
Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with significant experience in private client work
* Strong technical knowledge across wills, probate, and estate planning
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
* STEP qualification or working towards (desirable)
