As a Data Scientist, you will drive data-informed decisions by developing machine learning models that better understand and predict customer behaviour online and in-store. You will focus on forecasting, optimisation, and advanced analytics to improve business performance. Your role includes building scalable models that influence customer engagement, strategic planning, and business decisions. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure your solutions are trusted, understood, and impactful, always keeping the customer at the center.
