Internal Sales & Order Fulfilment Coordinator
Permanent | Full-time | Office based | Kirkcaldy, Fife
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 + bonus (depending on experience)
Overview
This is an internally focused role within a technical products business. The position is responsible for taking customer orders from website and email enquiries and managing them through to fulfilment.
The role is not business development and does not involve field sales.
Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders received via website and email
* Check stock availability and build orders accurately
* Source and order parts when items are not in stock
* Liaise with customers to clarify product details or specifications
* Coordinate deliveries and work with couriers
* Maintain accurate order, stock, and customer records
Wider Team Support
The role will also support other areas of the business where required. Experience in any of the following would be beneficial:
* Purchasing or procurement
* Invoice processing or basic accounts administration
* Marketing or website support
* Online sales platforms (eBay, Amazon)
* Import/export or courier coordination
Candidate Profile
* Experience in internal sales, order processing, or sales support roles
* Comfortable working with technical products or learning specifications
* Strong attention to detail and organisation
* Confident communicator with customers and suppliers
* Flexible and willing to support a small, hands-on team
