Salary & Benefits We’re offering a competitive basic salary with an OTE of £29,200 – £37,700, plus a full range of company benefits. About the Role As a Motorcycle Technician, you’ll work in our modern workshop carrying out servicing, repairs, diagnostics and inspections on both new and used BMW motorcycles. Duties include: Performing routine maintenance and repair work Conducting inspections in line with VOSA standards Completing accurate documentation and job records Carrying out Visual Health Checks Working to timescales while maintaining high productivity Diagnostic work and road testing Delivering an exceptional customer experience at every stage About You We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their craft and is keen to grow within a franchised environment. You’ll need: A relevant formal qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 or above) A full Motorcycle Licence Franchise experience (desirable, but not essential) MOT licence (advantageous, not essential) Strong attention to detail and a commitment to customer satisfaction Whether you’re already experienced with motorcycles or currently working as a car/commercial technician with bike experience on the side, this could be the perfect next step in your career.
