As second-in-command, you'll lead with flair, develop your business skills, and contribute to our success. Your responsibilities include P&L management, seizing sales opportunities, recruiting, training, and coaching a dynamic team to create memorable customer experiences. With development programmes and dedicated support, this role offers a great opportunity to showcase your talent and advance your leadership journey.

1. Support the General Manager in all management tasks
2. Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and food
3. Lead and motivate your team towards success
4. Deliver outstanding customer service
Who You Are:
1. Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire and lead a team effectively
2. Financial Management: Experience with P&L, budgeting, or financial analysis
3. Customer Service Excellence: Proven ability to deliver outstanding service and understand customer needs
