Your responsibilities will include:
* Being a positive role model to uphold Grandir UK values
* Ensuring equality of access and opportunity for all staff, parents, and children
* Supervising and supporting children at all times
* Maintaining an attractive and welcoming environment
* Preparing and supervising activities under the guidance of Level 3 qualified Practitioners
* Understanding and implementing all company policies and procedures
* Adhering to updates in policies and practices within designated timescales
* Ensuring compliance with the Early Years Foundation Stage requirements
* Reporting concerns regarding policies or practices to your line manager
* Maintaining a positive attitude with children, parents, visitors, and colleagues
* Ensuring confidentiality when appropriate
* Attending staff meetings, planning sessions, and training as required
