How you’ll help us make health happen:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Power Platform Senior Functional Consultant to join the Bupa Health Services Technology team where you’ll support with the delivery on our purpose. You will be a creative self-starter and focus on using low / no code to deliver automation, colleague user interfaces and embed AI into business workflows, creating efficiencies and enabling delivery of innovative healthcare products.
This could be interfacing with a variety of SaaS practice management and EMR products, CRM platforms including Dynamics and Salesforce as well as O365, ServiceNow and other platforms.
What you’ll do:
· Work closely with teams across BGIUK Technology as well as clinicians, business teams and third parties to design and deliver solutions.
· Give application or technology specific guidance to business analysts, architects and designers to achieve the best overall solutions.
· Impact-assess potential use cases and understand how Power Platform components and re-usable patterns could be used to implement them.
· Manage 3rd party supplier resources in a matrix environment e.g. tech lead, scrum master.
· Establish and maintain credibility and working relationships with other I.T. teams, being an ambassador for I.T. within the business community, supporting a customer service culture.
· Understand business objectives and continually seek ways to improve business operations, efficiency and cost effectiveness.
Key Skills needed for this role:
· Experience of working in a matrix managed environment, with mixed teams including contractors and outsourced vendors.
· Knowledge of requirements gathering and analysis and system design and documentation.
· Deep understanding of out-of-the-box features and solution components of Power Platform.
· Strong comprehension of Microsoft Dynamics platform including D365/O365 and knowledge of coding standards and source control techniques.
· Test Script and Documentation skills.
· Experienced developer in building automation (including RPA), using low/no code tooling to deliver solutions and creating effective user interfaces
· Experience in healthcare delivery desirable but not essential
