We have an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy team at HMP Garth. HMP Garth is a category B Prison located in Ulnes Walton, Lancashire. Housing around 800 male patients aged 21+. Within this role, you will be working with an established Pharmacy team delivering clinical screening, structured medication reviews, and be involved in audits and pharmacy project work. You will work closely with the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of a successful pharmacy service for all patients.
This is a non-dispensing pharmacy. The ideal applicant would have an independent prescriber qualification.

Monday to Friday 8am-4pm
Salary
This is a full-time role with a salary between £49,848 and £55,941 per annum depending on experience. Interviews will be conducted on 19th September.

* Provide expert advice on pharmaceutical matters and ensure a safe and modern medicines management service

Qualifications & Experience
* Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
* Vocational Master's Degree in Pharmacy including pre-registration training
* Relevant post-qualification experience
