Description
We have an existing opportunity to join our South Lanarkshire Health and Social Care Performance and Support Service Team. This is a rewarding role which gives you the opportunity to positively contribute towards South Lanarkshire Health and Social Care Partnerships public service delivery.
As an Administrative Assistant within the minute taking service, you will liaise with internal colleagues and external agencies to arrange, co‑ordinate, complete and distribute minute of meetings which include Child Protection, Adult Support and Protection etc. You will attend the meetings, which are in the majority via Microsoft Teams, and take a record of the meeting, utilising agreed templates, which will include the agreed care plan for the service user. You will also be responsible for updating electronic systems including the South Lanarkshire Health and Social Care Partnerships Child Protection Register.

2 x 35hrs per week permanent, 1 x 35hrs per week temporary

Monday to Thursday 8:45am - 4:45pm, Friday 8:45am - 4:15pm
Salary / Hourly Rate
£28,340 - £28,742
Key Responsibilities
* Liaise with internal colleagues and external agencies to arrange, co‑ordinate, complete and distribute minutes.
* Attend meetings on Microsoft Teams and take accurate minutes, including agreed care plans.
* Update electronic systems such as the Child Protection Register.
* Ensure minutes are distributed to relevant parties promptly.
Qualifications
* Exceptional and driven; excellent keyboard, oral and written communication skills.
* Previous experience taking records of meetings.
* Experience working in a busy office environment and undertaking various clerical tasks under tight timescales.
