Your role with us:
The Royal Mint is on a journey of growth in the D2C space and we are seeking dynamic Client Services Manager’s to join our high performing Collect Sales team in London.
As a Client Services Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving sales revenue and profit for our D2C collect business. Responsible for nurturing and expanding a portfolio of clients, selling our unique products and providing a world class service. The role is a blend of innovative, idea led thinking and relationship management ensuring unmatched customer experience. During periods of high demand, you will support the invest function in handling enquiries and generating sales opportunities.
We are looking for people who have:
1. Proven experience in D2C sales and account management, ideally in luxury goods or financial services.
2. A successful track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPI’s
3. Exceptional communication skills and ability to build strong client relationships
4. Significant experience managing high value clients and delivering face to face sales pitches
