What the Job Involves As a Legal Clerk with the Commercial Law Team, you will participate in the management of matters relating to Highways and Public Rights of Way, Commons, and Administrative Support. Your responsibilities will include drafting standard legal documents, handling correspondence and inquiries, and liaising with external bodies. You will also provide administrative support to the Commercial Legal Team, including maintaining the Law Library and assisting with document preparation and distribution, all while ensuring adherence to statutory procedures. In addition, you will update the Council's website and contribute to the development of office procedures and systems.
