Senior Service Delivery Manager - ITIL, CSAT, SLA, SC Clearance Up to £550 per day (Inside IR35) South of London / Hybrid (1-2 days per week onsite) 6 Months My client is a large International Consultancy who are hiring for a Senior Service Delivery Manager with excellent knowledge of ITIL, experience in CSAT and managing as well as delivering to SLAs, to work closely with a key end customer. Key Requirements: Proven expertise in Service Delivery Management within large, complex environments Demonstrable experience of leading and managing teams of Service Delivery Managers (SDMs), partners and International delivery teams Excellent ITIL knowledge and understanding of ITIL processes CSAT and Service Relationship experience Proven experience of managing and delivering to SLAs Contract Management Excellent knowledge of Incident, Problem and Change Management principles and processes Ability to establish, foster and maintain a continuous Service Improvement culture Flexible approach towards hybrid working Eligibility for Security Clearance (SC) Nice to have: Active Security Clearance (SC) ITIL certification Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
