Daily Duties:
* Lead and manage Principal Designer responsibilities under Building Regulations
* Review designs for technical compliance and provide guidance to project teams
* Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure regulatory adherence
* Produce reports, risk assessments, and documentation required for approvals
* Provide practical design advice on safety, accessibility, sustainability, and performance
* Keep up to date with changes in legislation and industry best practices
* Support and mentor junior team members where appropriate
Ideal Candidate:
* Qualified architect with demonstrable experience in Building Regulation Principal Designer duties
* Strong knowledge of technical compliance requirements in the built environment
* Excellent communication, coordination, and organisational skills
* Detail:oriented with strong analytical and problem:solving abilities
