Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front of House Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our vibrant hospitality environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of food & beverage service and safety, whilst leading a dedicated team. Duties
* Supervise front of house staff, including serving, hosting, and ensuring smooth service delivery
* Oversee food presentation to uphold quality standards
* Manage Bar and Food service operations as needed, supporting the culinary team
* Manage guest bedroom and table reservations, seating arrangements, and optimise table utilisation for maximum efficiency
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across the premises
* Lead by example in delivering outstanding hospitality experiences to guests
* Coordinate staff schedules, delegate tasks, and provide training to new team members
* Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
* Support barista activities and assist with bar service when required
* Maintain a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development
Requirements
* Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
* Extensive restaurant experience, serving, and food safety procedures
* Knowledge of food production processes and kitchen operations; culinary experience is highly desirable
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure
* Familiarity with hospitality standards in hotel or bar environments is advantageous
* Exceptional communication skills and a friendly, positive demeanour towards guests and staff alike
* Previous experience in hospitality roles such as barista, front of house service, bar and waiting experience is essential
* A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on delivering memorable guest experiences

Pay: £13.00-£15.50 per hour
