The Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you’ll support the delivery of high-quality lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. Your responsibilities will include:
Working with small groups or individual students to reinforce key learning objectives
Supporting subject-specific tasks, from science experiments to group projects
Assisting with classroom routines and behaviour management
Preparing engaging resources and learning materials
Motivating students and encouraging active participation
Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for a graduate who:
Holds a 2:1 degree or above in any subject (e.g. English, Maths, Science, Humanities, Languages)
Has prior experience working with young people (e.g. tutoring, mentoring, youth work, or volunteering)
Shows excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Is enthusiastic, dependable, and passionate about education
Is considering a future in teaching, educational outreach, or related fields
