* Minimum of two Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll and/or HCM end-to-end implementation programme experience in large organisations (essential)
* Payroll and HCM PAYROLL consultants
Minimum Requirement:
* A degree level qualification (essential)
* Strong payroll function knowledge
* Strong people function knowledge cutting across transactional and strategic HR business areas (essential)
* Over ten years’ experience in complex ERP enabled transformation projects/programmes (desirable)
* Experience of managing complex stakeholder landscape (essential)
* Experience of working effectively in a complex third-party supplier landscape (essential)
* Minimum of two Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll and/or HCM end-to-end implementation programme experience in large organisations (essential)
* Strong communicator and proficiency in business documentation (essential)
* Proficient in using PowerPoint, Excel, Word (essential)
* Ability to work independently (essential)
