Overview
Review financial and strategic property data to spot trends and suggest improvements. Investigate poorly performing assets and identify causes using reliable data. Gather and share performance data across teams to support asset grading. Determine what maintenance or upgrades are needed and estimate associated costs (e.g., Decent Homes). Check and correct data in internal and external property databases. Visit properties to inspect them and develop straightforward project ideas. Work with the Development team to assess redevelopment opportunities. Keep clear, consistent communication with colleagues and external partners. Prepare property options and feasibility studies to guide planning. Check for legal restrictions in leases, titles, and S106 agreements. Identify underperforming assets for potential disposal and prepare handover materials. Track empty (void) properties and coordinate strategic moves with the Neighbourhoods Team.

Essential qualifications
* Strong knowledge of social housing, housing sectors, and construction industry fundamentals.
* Proven ability in interpreting, analysing, and presenting complex data.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office—especially Excel—as well as databases, reporting tools, and Power BI.
* Understanding of financial and business planning within social housing, including viability and options appraisals.
* Confident communication skills, able to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
* Track record of delivering on team performance and key business objectives.
Desirable qualifications
* Experience reviewing legal/planning documents.
* Familiarity with planning and building control processes.
* Membership of a relevant professional body such as RICS, CIOB, or RIBA.
