Vehicle Paint Sprayer - Accident Repair Centre based in Mansfield
Salary: £51,000 basic | OTE £60,000+ (uncapped bonus)
Hours: Monday – Friday 12:00pm – 9:00pm (40 hours per week)
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Vehicle Paint Sprayer to join a busy and well-established Accident Repair Centre in Mansfield. This is a high-volume, modern workshop offering excellent earning potential through uncapped bonus schemes and consistent workflow.
You’ll be working within a supportive, skilled team environment on a variety of insurance, OEM-approved, prestige, and fleet repair work. This site also supports LCV, hybrid, and EV repairs, offering a varied and interesting workload.

Key Responsibilities:
12. Prepare, paint, and finish vehicles to high industry standards
13. Mix and match paint colours accurately
14. Work to manufacturer, insurer, and repair specifications
15. Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
16. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
17. Work efficiently to meet production and time targets
18. Carry out final quality checks prior to completion
About You:
19. Experience as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician essential
20. Qualified to NVQ / IMI / City & Guilds Level 3 (or equivalent experience)
21. Strong knowledge of modern paint systems and repair methods
22. Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
23. High attention to detail and commitment to quality
24. Full UK driving licence required
