About the Role
As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in shaping young minds during this formative stage of their education. Working closely with the class teacher, you’ll:
* Support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing through engaging, play-based activities.
* Help plan and deliver inspiring lessons tailored to individual needs.
* Assess progress and celebrate achievements to nurture confidence and curiosity.
* Collaborate with staff, parents, and carers to create a supportive, inclusive environment where every child can thrive.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who brings warmth, energy, and a genuine passion for early education. You will have:
* Experience working within an EYFS setting (school or nursery-based).
* Strong classroom management and the ability to build positive relationships with children and staff.
* A nurturing, creative approach that encourages children to explore and achieve.
* Relevant qualifications (Level 2 or 3 in Early Years or Teaching Assistant qualification desirable).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
