Job Description
* Assist with the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including invoices and receipts.
* Support the month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
* Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
* Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately.
* Prepare financial reports and summaries for internal use.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
* Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes and workflows.
* Respond to inquiries from internal stakeholders regarding financial data.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
