As a Sales Advisor, your responsibilities include:
1. Supporting in-store operations by managing stock levels effectively and efficiently.
2. Organising the stockroom and maintaining stock accuracy.
3. Assisting in replenishing the shop floor to meet customer demand.
4. Greeting and assisting customers with product selection.
5. Delivering excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
6. Maintaining product displays and replenishing stock to keep the shop floor presentable.
7. Processing transactions quickly and efficiently at the till.
8. Advising customers on promotions and offers to maximise sales.
9. Working as part of a team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
10. Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge to provide accurate information.
