37.5 hours per weekMonday to Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm, with one Sunday shift per month£15.90 per hour Sodexo employee benefits packageOpportunities for career developmentForklift DriverWe are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Forklift Driver to join our site operations team.This role is key in supporting the daily running of the site, with a strong focus on forklift operation and general site services.Responsibilities include the safe movement of materials, equipment, and waste across the site, as well as maintaining clean and functional external areas.Although occasional support for cleaning tasks may be required, this is not the main focus of the role.What you'll do:Operate forklifts and other site transport equipment safely and efficientlyCarry out daily checks and report faults on forkliftsTransport waste, including domestic and manufacturing waste (excluding segregation)Move and inspect Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBCs), ensuring safe handling and storageSupport the movement of materials and equipment across siteHandle helpdesk requests and deliver items to various site locationsPromote recycling and immediately report safety concerns or site issuesWear correct PPE and uniform at all times and maintain a professional appearanceFollow all company and site-specific policies and Health & Safety proceduresAttend training sessions and carry out additional duties as required to support the serviceWhat you'll bring:Valid and up-to-date Forklift Truck licenceStrong customer service and communication skillsProven experience in a client-facing roleProactive, solutions-driven approachAbility to work well within a team and under pressureGood understanding of facilities or site services operations1–2 years' experience in a similar facilities or logistics roleAwareness of Health & Safety regulations and recycling practicesExperience operating sweepers or other waste-handling equipmentWhy Sodexo?:Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it's a chance to be part of something greater.Belong in a company and team that values you for you.
