Join Bright Futures 4 All, a charitable community hub supporting neurodiverse and disadvantaged children. We are looking for an organised and proactive volunteer to support a variety of exciting projects across the organisation whilst gaining hands‑on charity and operational experience.
What difference will you make?
As a charitable community hub (C.I.C.), supporting neurodiverse and disadvantaged children, we rely heavily on strong organisation and project coordination to continue delivering meaningful support to our community.
This volunteer role will help strengthen our day‑to‑day operations and support the development of projects that directly benefit children, young people and families accessing our services.
By supporting with organisation, administration and project coordination, the volunteer will help free up capacity within the team, allowing us to continue growing our impact and improving the support we provide.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for somebody who is
* Organised and reliable
* 3+ years in Admin & Support
* A positive and proactive team player
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office
* Able to communicate clearly and professionally
* Passionate about supporting communities and making a difference
* Willing to learn and support a variety of projects
Previous administration, coordination or project support experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
We welcome applicants from different backgrounds and value lived experience alongside professional experience.

What will you be doing?
We are looking for a proactive and organised Projects Assistant Volunteer to support a range of projects across Bright Futures 4 All.
This is a varied and hands‑on role which would suit somebody who enjoys organisation, teamwork and making a positive impact within a growing charitable organisation.
Responsibilities may include
* Supporting the coordination of ongoing projects and initiatives (such as after‑school clubs, holiday clubs and residentials)
* Assisting with administration and maintaining organised records
* Helping manage project trackers, documents and schedules
* Supporting research and process improvement activities
* Assisting with volunteer onboarding and coordination support
* Attending meetings and helping follow up on actions
* Providing general operational support to the wider team where needed
You will work closely with the team and gain insight into how a growing community organisation operates behind the scenes.
