What you’ll be doing
As an Associate, you’ll take a hands-on role across major transactions and will be encouraged to build your profile within the market. Responsibilities include:
* Managing key aspects of corporate deals
* Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
* Supporting business development and client pitches
* Mentoring junior lawyers
* Contributing to thought leadership and external visibility
