Mercer is seeking a DC Pensions Consultant to join our specialist team in delivering DC pension services to a large portfolio of clients. Mercer boasts one of the largest fully integrated groups of DC experts in the UK, including governance, scheme design, investment consultants, providers, and technical researchers and technicians.
This growth area is a key strategic focus for Mercer UK, providing successful pension and savings solutions for clients and career opportunities for our colleagues. Our collaborative culture promotes growth, new business, and maintaining strong relationships.
We will count on you to:
1. Attend client meetings to support senior colleagues, assist in preparation, produce meeting papers, and manage actions.
2. Assist trustees and sponsors in running their DC pension arrangements, including clients such as corporate sponsors, trustee boards, and governance committees of trust-based and contract-based schemes.
3. Serve as the DC governance consultant promoting our services.
4. Support the lead consultant on large and complex clients.
5. Review work produced by analysts and junior consultants using Mercer software/tools.
What you need to have:
* DC Pensions consulting experience.
* Ability to develop excellent relationships with colleagues, clients, and providers at all levels.
* Client relationship management skills.
