Key Responsibilities
* You will ensure that clients are provided with an expert, professional and friendly service on wills, trust, probate and power of attorney matters, Court of Protection and general elderly client services.
* Work independently and as part of a team with a flexible attitude to work and time.
Qualifications
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Qualified to practice in England & Wales
* Completed the Legal Practice Course
* Fully qualified STEP member (preferable but not essential)
Experience
* Recently completed Training Contract with a seat in Private Client
* Experience preferably gained in a Legal 500 ranked firm
* Experience of delivering excellent customer care in a legal environment
Knowledge
* Up-to-date knowledge of wills, trusts and probate processes, procedures and legislation
