As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for 2 Sales & Customer Service Executives to join our busy office team in Edinburgh. This is a varied, fast‑paced role where you’ll play a key part in supporting both our customers and external sales team.
The Role
You’ll be involved in a wide range of day-to-day activities, helping ensure orders, enquiries, and customer support are handled efficiently and professionally.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting the external sales team with quotations, pricing, order forms, and general administration
* Processing customer orders accurately, including through platforms such as Procure Wizard
* Handling incoming customer calls and emails
* Responding to enquiries, preparing quotations, and resolving customer issues
* Assisting with website product updates and general administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in administration or customer service (ideally within B2B or hospitality)
* Strong IT and computer literacy skills
* A proactive, can‑do attitude with the ability to work independently
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* The ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
What We Offer
* Salary: (depending on experience)
* Monday–Thursday: 9am–5pm | Friday: 9am–4pm
* 29 days holiday including bank holidays
