Warehouse Administrator

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Warehouse Administrator to join their well-established warehouse operation based in Birstall.

Key Responsibilities:
Providing full administrative support to the warehouse department
Processing goods in and goods out documentation
Updating and maintaining accurate stock records
Managing and tracking inventory through internal systems
Liaising with warehouse operatives, drivers and internal departments
Supporting daily operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow
General office and warehouse administration duties
Managing and processing documentation via Trader Support Service (TSS)
Requirements:
Previous experience within a warehouse administration role
Essential: Experience using Trader Support Service (TSS)
Strong IT skills and confidence using warehouse management systems
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment with strong attention to detail
A flexible and proactive approach to work
Hours:
40 hours per week
Flexible shift patterns, typically 6:00am-2:00pm or 7:00am-3:00pm
Pay:
£14.42 per hour
