* Answer all customer enquiries via telephone and email in a timely manner
* Order processing and arranging deliveries
* Provide technical support and assist with troubleshooting
* Process invoices and take payment details
* Support the team with any administration duties as necessary
Role Details
Location: Newport – hybrid (3 days in the office and 2 days at home)
Salary: Up to £26,000 depending on experience

* Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken) – Essential
* Previous customer service or admin experience – Desired
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Strong attention to detail
* IT literate (ideally SAP)
