We are currently seeking an Internal Account Manager to join a well-established, family-run SME based in Moreton-in-Marsh. As Internal Sales Account Manager you will identify new opportunities for growth as well as taking up day to day duties in supporting the sales account manager. You will deliver high value sales to existing customers and generating new leads including increasing market share, achieving agreed monthly and yearly revenues within agreed budget.
Key duties and responsibilities....
* Support the sales account managers with quote enquires and sales orders
* Generate new leads and take ownership
* Taking full responsibility for the development and management of your accounts
* Use strategic selling skills when dealing with customers
* Acquire knowledge and needs of your customers to assist in the understanding of customers business, including potential growth
* Be proactive when solving customers issues
* Taking full responsibility for the development and management of your accounts
* CRM System ensuring information is completed in an accurate and timely manner
* Maintain and complete weekly/ monthly reports or as required by the Sales Director
* Review and manage customer debts ensuring payments meet with company payment terms and conditions
* Attend relevant seminars, conferences and networking events as directed by the Sales Director
Requirements
* Should possess excellent selling and presentation skills
* Strong responsive motivator, efficient organiser and numerate
* A high level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, flexibility, initiative & commitment
* Good communication/ organisational skills, both written and oral
* A high level of computer literacy – word, excel and PowerPoint
* Team player

Salary £30K and OTE £37K
Monday- Friday 7.30am- 4.30pm
