About the role
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (maternity cover) to join our Sponsorship (Marketing Services) team, who will act as the essential connector between our key customers and our delivery teams (Print, Digital, Event Production).
Reporting to the Head of Sales, and working alongside a passionate team of Business Development Managers, you’ll be a strategic and supportive partner for our customers, ensuring that their campaigns are delivered and providing them with valuable insights.
Your role will be client facing and include; implementing best practices to ensure client satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities and problem solving.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing client campaigns & projects from contract signed through to delivery and follow up.
* Holding responsibility for the communication between clients and internal delivery teams
* Responsible for onboarding all clients
* Providing on-going support to client base
* Troubleshooting client problems
* Tracking and analysis of usage data by client to make informed decisions on how to increase usage
* Acting as an advocate for the company, enhancing the reputation of Real Deals and The Drawdown
* Being the voice of the customer within Real Deals Media and advocating for customer needs.
* Owning and building long term relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring we continue to meet their specific needs
* Working closely with Business Development Managers to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities and the client remains brought into the brand
* Additional CSM project responsibilities in-line with overarching CS strategy
Qualifications
* 2-3 years experience in CS or project management
* Strong relationship management, communication and customer service skills to build and maintain effective relationships, with both clients and internal stakeholders.
* Analytical mindset with technical and data skills to understand customers unique objectives and translate data into clear, actionable insights.
* Critical thinking and initiative to help develop strategic plans and proactively identify improvement opportunities.
* Problem solving and can-do attitude to actively seek solutions and ensure prompt resolution of challenges as they arise.
* Effective persuasion skills and an engaging presentation style to communicate ideas and drive desired outcomes in client interactions.
* Exposure to market research techniques such as quantitative analysis would be advantageous.
* An understanding of analytics, insights and data reporting (experience with google analytics and Looker Studio would be desirable but is not essential)
