Role Purpose
Principally to support the E-Marketing Manager to develop and execute compelling and successful email marketing activity throughout the customer journey and consistent with the overall Your Move and Reeds Rains brand and campaign objectives, in particular the process of acquisition, conversion and retention.
Main Accountabilities
* To work with the YM & RR Brand Marketing & Website Teams to develop compelling emarketing campaigns and content in line with the brand strategy and overall marketing plans
* Working with the Emarketing Manager, fully develop email campaigns to support different customer journeys and understand the key contact points
* Fully understand the differences between the brands and develop email communications pertinent to each
* Identify new key contact points in the customer journey and support with new emarketing campaigns
* Prioritisation of emarketing campaigns inline with the wider business priorities
* Proofreading emails for clarity, grammar and spelling
* To write and execute emarketing campaigns in a timely manner
* Engage with website team to create trackable forms to measure ROI from emarketing campaigns
* Evaluate email marketing campaigns and develop a record of what does and doesn’t work, suggest improvements
* Create tailored campaigns and website content relevant to key audiences
* Manage the customer database to execute emarketing campaigns
* Adhere to financial services policies and procedures and ensure all published communication is compliant
* Adhere to data protection policies
* Support the management of the customer enquiry mailboxes

This role involves working with FRANCHISE branches where each of the 36 YM & 28 RR Franchise owners can have different demands. Managing this degree of complexity requires another level of organisation and attention to detail.
