Crieff Hydro Hotel is located in the centre of Scotland on a 900-acre estate in Perthshire. We have 215 hotel bedrooms, 55 self-catering lodges, six restaurants and over 60 onsite activities.
Responsibilities
* As Pastry Chef de Partie, you’ll motivate the Commis Chefs to prepare food for our venues.
* You’ll have an eye for quality, consistency and for portion control.
* You’ll build good relationships with the front of house team to ensure guests get exactly what they want.
* You’ll support our Head Chefs and Sous Chefs on ideas and techniques that make our Pastry kitchen a creative environment.
Qualifications
* A qualification in professional cookery would be great, and relevant industry experience is desirable.
* Using your Pastry expertise and skill, you’ll contribute to producing the most creative, innovative and tasty sweets.
