What You’ll Be Doing
No two days are the same - but you’ll be at the heart of client success and business growth:
* Build, manage, and grow your own customer accounts
* Source new business through outbound calls, meetings, and networking
* Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to long‑term account management
* Act as the main point of contact for clients, delivering solutions and resolving challenges
* Work closely with Operations to deliver seamless customer experiences
* Identify growth opportunities and maximise revenue across your accounts
* Continuously develop your commercial and industry knowledge
This role is for ambitious, high‑potential graduates who want more than an average start:
* 2:1 degree (or above) in any discipline
* Confident communicator with strong relationship skills
