Key Responsibilities:
* Own paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms from setup to optimisation and reporting.
* Drive performance through structured testing, data insights, and creative-first strategies.
* Collaborate with clients and internal teams to shape marketing strategy and unlock growth opportunities.
* Guide and mentor junior team members by sharing best practices and raising performance standards.
* Contribute to cross-channel strategy and stay ahead of emerging trends, tools, and attribution methodologies.
Essential Experience:
* 3 - 4+ years of hands-on paid social experience, particularly within Meta Ads Manager.
* Experience using attribution and measurement tools such as GA4 or TripleWhale.
* Strong understanding of audience targeting, campaign structure, and creative strategy.
* Confident in analysing performance data and presenting actionable insights to clients.
* Proactive, autonomous mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000
