Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify mechanical issues.
* Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tyre rotations, and brake inspections.
* Diagnose faults using diagnostic equipment and manual methods.
* Repair or replace defective parts, components, and systems.
* Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
* Collaborate with other team members to improve service efficiency and quality.
* Keep the workshop clean, organised, and well-equipped.
Experience
* Proven experience as a Mechanic or in a similar role within the automotive industry is essential.
* Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
* Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment is highly desirable.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
