The school is looking for a calm and gentle SEN Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support to a Year 2 child with ADHD and dyslexia. The child is currently working at an Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) level and requires simplified work and engaging activities during interventions. Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored 1:1 support to a Year 2 child with ADHD and dyslexia.
* Simplify learning materials to match the child's EYFS level.
* Create and implement engaging activities to support the child's learning and development.
* Foster a calm and supportive learning environment.
* Collaborate with teachers and other staff to ensure the child's needs are met.
* Monitor and report on the child's progress.
