An international FMCG organisation is seeking a Compliance Counsel to support a 14-Month FTC maternity cover.
The role involves providing legal support to businesses operating in the UK & Ireland Region.
The role is based in West London with a hybrid working model.
Salary range is £55-65K.
Requires availability on short notice.
The role includes:
* Managing legal risk and compliance for the UK & Ireland Region.
* Overseeing compliance-related queries and maintaining the legal compliance platform.
* Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various agreements such as distribution, supply, sales, IT, procurement, and supply chain agreements.
* Applying Governance, Risk, and Compliance standards.
* Developing in-house training on compliance topics like Anti-trust, Anti-Bribery and Corruption, Modern Slavery, dawn raids, Data Protection, GSCOP, and other Group policies.
Ideal candidate:
* UK qualified or with significant UK experience.
* 2+ PQE in-house experience in FMCG or retail.
* Experience in compliance and commercial contracts.
