As the Financial Services Operations Manager, you will develop and implement a great credit acquisition operation for stores in collaboration with internal and external partners. What you'll do
Your key accountabilities will include
* Lead the day-to-day operation of Financial Services (FS) across the store estate including regular FS reporting across service, compliance, and operations
* Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedure documentation and other supporting guidance and Learning & Development tools for colleagues
* Lead the proactive engagement and communication plan for all FS operations including our Connect Live event held twice each year
* Work between the Retail, M&S Connect, and M&S Bank teams to ensure the in-store customer acquisition journey is the best it can be for our customers
* Liaise and work with development teams in Retail, M&S Connect, and M&S Bank to deliver operational enhancements to improve store process efficiencies and deliver relevant regulatory compliance
