From Swimming lessons, to walking football and everything in-between we are driven to provide fun and welcoming sessions to support the whole community to be active, both within our leisure centres and in the local community.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced a Head Gymnastics Coach to lead our gymnastics program across the Arun contract. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical expertise, and a passion for gymnastics development. This role includes coaching responsibilities as well as overseeing the co-ordination and administration of the gymnastics programme and managing the gymnastics coaching team.

Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday - Sunday (rota basis)
Requirements
* Minimum Level 3 Gymnastics Coaching Qualification
* Experience in managing a varied workload
* Gymnastics and dry side programme knowledge
* Staff management experience
* Programme management
* Invoice and budget experience
* Expectational organisational skills
* An ability to analyse problems, situations, and information, think laterally and present creative solutions
* Well-developed interpersonal skills, able to negotiate and persuade people both internally and externally
* Team-oriented approach, able to work across organisational boundaries and demonstrate interest and be supportive of colleagues' work
* Flexible and adaptable
* Proven experience coaching recreational and competitive gymnasts
* Prior leadership or head coach experience strongly preferred
* First Aid training (training provided)
* Enhanced DBS check to be carried out
