St Gregory’s Catholic Primary school is part of Bishop Chadwick Catholic Education Trust. Applications are invited from practising and committed Catholic teachers for the post of full time, permanent deputy headteacher at St. Gregory’s Catholic Primary School (please refer to the attached briefing note on the definition of practising Catholic).
Enhanced DBS checks are mandatory for all school staff. All application documents should be fully completed and submitted by email to office@st-gregorys.co.uk by 9am on Monday 13th October 2025. Shortlisting is Wednesday 15th October and formal interviews will be held on Monday 20th October 2025. Applications are required and CVs will not be accepted. Electronic signatures will be accepted but candidates will be required to add a written signature to their application when circumstances allow.
The position we are filling is exempt from the provisions of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and a satisfactory Enhanced DBS from the Disclosure and Barring Service is required as part of pre-employment checks. An online search will be completed for all shortlisted candidates.
