Technical Support Analyst

83zero are partnered with a leading technology business whose products are used by thousands of companies and impact millions of lives. They’re looking for a Technical Support Analyst to join their team and deliver exceptional customer support.
This role is less "hardcore IT" than you might think — it’s all about problem-solving, customer service, and communication, with some technical elements. You’ll be the first point of contact for customer queries, making sure every interaction is handled smoothly, professionally, and with a smile.
What you’ll be doing:
* Handling customer queries by phone and email, logging, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.
* Escalating tickets where needed and working with 2nd/3rd line teams to ensure quick resolutions.
* Keeping records accurate and up to date.
* Spotting ways to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
