Job Title: Team Leader (Children's Residential) Location: Northallerton, North Yorkshire Salary: £13.80 - £14.80 per hour Working Hours: Up to 37.5 hours per week Hourly Rate: £13.80 per hour (Standard Team Leader) / £14.80 per hour (Team Leader with On-Call Responsibilities) Number of Sleeps Required: Sleeps required Pay Per Sleep: £40 per sleep Service: Children's Home Service Users: YPs with EBD and Trauma Qualifications Required: Minimum 12 months' experience in a children's residential setting or similar Candidates should be at least 50% through their Level 3/4 Residential Childcare qualification GCSE or equivalent (preferred) in English and Maths Experience Required: 12 months of experience in a children's residential setting or similar Must be able to drive, hold a full UK licence, and have access to a vehicle for work purposes Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time or Part-Time The Home: Number of Beds: 2 Bed Location: Northallerton, North Yorkshire Type of YPs: EBD, Trauma Who We Are Looking For We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Team Leader who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties.
