Commercial Property Partner is sought to join a leading firm based in Bristol, seeking an entrepreneurial and forward‑thinking lawyer to join the next phase of our growth and strategy plan.
Responsibilities
* Manage and develop your own caseload of real‑estate transactions with high‑profile clients, furthering the firm’s commercial property offerings.
* Play a key role in the firm’s current growth phase.
* Provide supervision and support to senior and junior team members.
* Build and maintain a strong network of contacts, leveraging your relationships to secure future work.
* Deliver exceptional client care and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
* Partner or senior associate in Commercial Property with depth of knowledge in development, investment, regeneration, and general commercial property matters.
* Proven track record across all areas of Commercial Property law.
* Strong leadership and motivational skills, capable of supporting and inspiring colleagues.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Must be motivated to grow within the firm and share its strategic vision.
